Content License

Effective 2026-05-06 · Governing law: England and Wales

This Content License describes the rights you grant us in your inputs, the rights we grant you in our outputs, and the limits both directions. The licence is co-extensive with the Terms of Service and the AI Disclaimer.

Section 01

Your inputs

You retain ownership of all photographs, agent links, listing descriptions, free-text notes, and any other material you upload to the Scout ("User Inputs").

You grant TOTAL TITAN HOLDINGS LIMITED a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to host, store, transmit, process, and display your User Inputs solely to provide the service to you. The licence ends thirty days after you delete the input or close your account, except for residual copies that are isolated in immutable backups.

User Inputs are not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial-intelligence model.

Section 02

Our outputs

Outputs we generate from your inputs include red-flag overlay images, repair-cost matrices, neighbourhood reads, decision quadrants, scan reels, and decision recaps. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute outputs for personal and non-commercial purposes connected to your decision about the property.

Subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Disclaimer, you may share outputs with co-buyers, family members, your surveyor, your solicitor, your mortgage adviser, or your insurance broker. You may share short clips on personal social-media accounts, provided you do not represent the output as a survey, valuation, or legal opinion.

You may not resell, sub-licence, or commercially distribute outputs as part of a paid product or service without our written consent.

Section 03

Attribution

Attribution to TitanScout is appreciated but not required for personal use. Where you publish outputs in a public setting we ask that you keep any "Generated by TitanScout" mark intact.

You may not remove or obscure watermarks designed to indicate that content is AI-generated. We will take reasonable steps to mark scan reels and overlay images so that downstream readers can recognise AI provenance.

Section 04

Third-party material

Where User Inputs include third-party material (for example, photographs taken by an estate agent that you have downloaded from a public listing), you represent that you have a lawful basis to upload and use that material for personal decision-making. We do not acquire rights in third-party material beyond the limited processing licence above.

If a third party asserts rights over material in our outputs we will, in our discretion, remove or amend the affected output and notify you.

Section 05

Termination of the licence

The licences in this document terminate automatically if you breach the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy materially. They also terminate at the natural end of any period set out above. The disclaimers in the AI Disclaimer survive termination.

Effective 2026-05-06.
