Cookie Policy

Effective 2026-05-06 · Governing law: England and Wales

This Cookie Policy explains how TitanScout uses cookies and similar storage on your device. We separate cookies into essential and analytics categories. You can change your choices at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Section 01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They serve purposes ranging from essential session management (keeping you logged in) to performance measurement (understanding how features are used). We also rely on similar technologies — HTML5 localStorage, sessionStorage, and a small amount of fingerprinting hash — that we treat under the same rules.

Section 02

Categories we use

Essential. These cookies are required for the service to work. They include session tokens that authenticate you, cross-site request tokens that protect against forgery, and load-balancer cookies that route traffic to a healthy server. You cannot disable essential cookies and continue to use the service.

Analytics. These cookies help us understand which features land and which break. They include a pseudonymous visitor identifier and high-level page-view counters. We do not enrich analytics data with cross-site profiles or pass it to advertising networks. You can refuse analytics cookies via the banner or revoke consent at any time.

Marketing. We do not currently use marketing cookies, advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or behavioural-advertising cookies. If we add any, we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent.

Section 03

Managing cookies

First-load behaviour. On your first visit we display a banner offering an Essential-only option and an Accept-all option. Until you choose, we set only essential cookies.

Re-opening the choice. You can revisit your decision by clearing the consent record from your browser's site storage or by emailing support@totaltitanholdings.com to ask for a reset.

Browser controls. All major browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies. The Information Commissioner's Office maintains a current guide at ico.org.uk.

Section 04

Third-party cookies

Stripe sets cookies on its hosted Checkout pages while you complete payment. Those cookies are essential to the payment flow and are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

We do not set advertising cookies. We do not sell or share information collected through cookies for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Section 05

Changes to this policy

Where we add a new cookie category or a new third-party processor, we will update this policy and re-prompt for consent before activating the new category.

Effective 2026-05-06.
