No. Photos you upload sit in a private, encrypted bucket tied to your account, and are excluded from any model training pipeline. You can delete them — and the resulting reports — at any time from the dashboard. We retain only de-identified statistics on system performance.
No. TitanScout does not replace a RICS-accredited surveyor, a structural engineer, a conveyancing solicitor, or a chartered valuer. Our AI red-flag scan is a viewing aid only. Before signing any contract, commission a regulated survey.
Yes. You can downgrade or cancel your subscription from /app/billing in one click. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you keep access to scans you already generated.
Subscription credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire while your account is active. Refunds for unused services are issued in line with our Refund Policy and Stripe rules — typically 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Treat it as a structured second opinion, not a verdict. The AI synthesises common defects observed in comparable property archetypes. The final purchase decision is yours, made together with licensed professionals — surveyor, solicitor, mortgage adviser.
TitanScout output cannot be cited as legal evidence, expert witness testimony, or basis for a price negotiation in any formal procedure. Property disputes belong with a solicitor; we are an early-stage assistant, not a court-admissible record.
